info:This '51 Royal Mansion was purchased last year. There's a title, and it is currently licensed and registered. The trailer towed "like a dream" on used tires to our place which is west of Petaluma, CA. It was the deco model we wanted, but now illness forces sale. The skin is waterproof, but has some dents above the corners. The outside glass tail and running lights are there, but they aren't hooked up. The original pull-out entry steps are at both doors. We have added Spartan items that we have bought or salvaged. The trailer now has all doors, windows and vents. Inside, the woodwork is all there, complete with the original "Deco style" kitchen cabinets. The linoleum floor is original and needs replacing. The galley has the dinette table with cushions and the cabinetry is complete with hardware; the original Frigidaire needs work. There is no stove. The original pocket door separates the bedroom from the rest of the trailer. The bathroom had been used as a closet, but we've added a Spartan sink and toilet which haven't been plumbed in. The price includes all the parts we have bought and salvaged as well as the time we have put into this project.
